Welcome to Pack-Rats, a community for rat lovers of all kinds. We love rat art and photography of all different styles, including animal, wildlife, anthro, and feral, and medias. If you love rats and enjoy spreading the ratty love feel free to join our rat pack! Don't forget to watch the club when you sign up so you get updated with rat art and club news!

Please note me with a link to any rat related art in your gallery that you'd like to showcase on Pack-Rats! We are happy to put up anything rat related that you want to showcase!


Rules for Joining
1) You must like rats (you don't even have to own one).
2) You must be respectful and open to other types of art.
3) You must add the club to you DA watch list.
4) You need to display the Pack-Rats Club icon somewhere in your journal or signature where others can see it.
5) Make sure you are notified of journal updates in order to find out about new business and contests.

How to Join
Add Pack-Rats to your watch list and then send a note to saying you want to join and I will update you into our rat pack! Then put our icon into your journal or signature.

Putting an icon into a journal: Type in : iconPack-Rats : without the spaces. Isn't it easy?

hi, I need some information. I had other animals like guinea pigs, hamsters and cillas... but what about rats? I really like to buy one. Any suggestions? are they friendly ?

Hey, I'm not part of the group, but I do have a rat. Rats are very affectionate, but they should be kept in pairs, or they get lonely. Try to get them young so they get used to you, and tell them "treat" or "cookie" or whatever word you want Every Time that you give them a treat--that way they know what's food and what's fingers.

They really like to play, so you'll have to handle them a lot. They are good little pets and can be trained to sit on your shoulder for hours--they're great!

if anyone lives near Philly or Lancaster PA and breeds rats, I am looking for a male (hopefully dumbo) to add to our rattery.

Just stopping by to say hello, and to let members know about us if they haven't come across us yet!

As an affiliate of ~Pack-Rats, I'd like to invite anyone who wants into another rat club to join us, as well. We are newer, and a little smaller, but nonetheless you can never get enough rat love! :heart:

To those of you who have lost a rattie since I last looked here... I'm sorry to hear of your losses, may they all rest in peace.

On another note entirely, I've just watched Ellarone and Sabayon play tug-o-war with a chicken bone. Funny little girls...
